Some mild references throughout the game. Some such as "boobs". In the mission "Fooling the Rebels", there's a scene at the beginning of the mission where Cole and Nix almost kiss but Nix disappears before their lips make contact. If you are evil and choose Nix's powers in the game you will suggestively feel her bottom.

More electrical powers, but you can learn fire and ice powers later in the game. You unleash these powers on enemy soldiers, mutated humans and the villain's minions. Spurts of blood can be seen when you melee soldiers and green blood is shown when melee mutated humans. In one section of the game you control a spotlight and when you focus your beam on an enemy they explode into green blood. Mild blood is shown when you are injured on the screen. You can injure and kill civilians and on the evil path you get XP for it.

There's a lava monster in the opening scene, but it would only be scary to small children. This game is the equivalent of Iron Man. The game is about making choices and characters persuade you to take their side and try to make you feel guilty if you don't. Both endings result in you killing some of your friends, who you bond with in the game.
This game contains stylistic violence, some profanity and scary scenes, and is best for kids between 11-12 years of age
