Eleni, arriving anxiously at her mother's house, discovers that she was preparing to end her life. Frightened by the event, she takes her to the Doctor, seeking help. Her mother, Maro, is initially reluctant to talk, but the Doctor manages to elicit well-hidden secrets from her past that have led her to this state...In the meantime, a new couple, Giannis and Irini Makri, arrive at the doctor's office, who are separated. As it is revealed, Giannis has abusive behavior towards his family, as a result of which Irene takes the children and leaves the house. The Doctor, although initially considering reporting him, eventually decides to take him on to help them.

Alice, a strange girl with antisocial behavior, visits the Doctor after an incident that happened to her at her law school graduation ceremony. But, entering the office, he turns everything upside down, pushing them all to their limits. The Doctor refuses to take her on and refers her to another colleague. Yannis Makris has his first session, which brings to the surface childhood traumas, from the difficult relationship with his cruel and abusive father. Meanwhile, Maro returns for the second session, with more appetite. She talks about the difficult life in the village after her father died, the arrival of her family in Athens, but also the great sacrifice of her sister...The day ends pleasantly with a surprise birthday party for Pigi.

Aliki, regretting her behavior towards the Doctor, has filled the office with bouquets, asking for a second chance. The Doctor, although initially hesitant, decides to accept her. Aliki's story hides a lot of loneliness and pain, and the Doctor tries to get her to open up. In the meantime, Maro, who is feeling better and better, recounts the difficulties she went through when she was forced, still underage, to be the mother to her four younger siblings. On the other hand, Yannis Makris appears at his appointment visibly devastated. The previous session brought back painful memories of when he was a scared and helpless child. But mostly he realized that he too was replicating similar behaviors in his son. Finally, the Doctor receives a phone call that upsets her.
