According to Variety, Douglas joined the film opposite Kevin Pollak as a the married owners of a Bed & Breakfast who cater to people plotting their suicide. Douglas and Pollak joined previous cast mates Molly Sims, Greg Grunberg and Shane Johnson on the film with Marvin V. Acuna producing and Victoria Herbert executive producing.
