Mario and Luigi spend much of their time trapped inside Bowsers inside body. Other than that there's no actual nudity in the game.

In the Mario and Luigi battle mode, Mario and Luigi can be seen beating up monsters in the turn timed based games and they can be seen getting beaten up by monsters.

In the Bowser battle mode, Bowser can be seen punching and clawing and breathing fire on his own monsters and the rival monsters can be seen beating up Bowser.

As Bowsers body grows to a giant version of Bowser, Bowser can be seen in Giant battle mode, Bowser can be seen breathing fire on the train, punching his giant castle, destroying a giant princess peach castle robot, breathing fire at monsters, also he can be seen getting beaten up by bombs and missiles.

Bowser usually says "crud" whenever he made a mistake or something bad happens to him. He also insults many of the characters, including his own minions by calling them idiots. But there is no cussing in this game besides insults.
