I have not seen the original but this seems to be a very promising show. Gripping story, no histrionics so far, great acting by Engin Akyurek, Demet and supporting cast. Good buildup and will definitely watch the series. I like the pace at which the characters were introduced and how their backgrounds will now unfold giving us a glimpse into their past. Excited!
Hope it stays as gripping as the buildup and does not drag unnecessarily which tends to be the case with most shows.
I am very disappointed by the earlier reviews and the conclusions sometimes viewers draw based on their past biases.

Demet is really very good, in all genres, she has shown great versatility, Engin is also really great talent, both put close together create a masterpiece, those who comment badly are because they are unhappy and envious of an objectively perfect work, they deserve so much success. The script, the music, the cast, have enormous potential, they certainly deserve a lot, the commitment is there and they will certainly achieve the success they deserve. Rastin is also really good for his age, he is so adorable in all the scenes, both the ones with Farah and the ones with Tahir, I wish much success to this little star too.
This series is so beautiful. Every time you feel like you're watching a finished film. Direction, editing, photography, music are made to keep the viewer glued to the screen. The story is very interesting, the suspense always high. Special mention for Demet who plays Farah, this actress is a real talent, she passes without difficulty from the comic genre to the dramatic without difficulty. Her performance is so natural. Accompanied by the great Engin, award-winning actor who tries his hand at a new but absolutely spot on role. The Rastin, Kerimsah, is a baby so talented and every actor is good.
So good to see Engin he is looking good as always looking very good ( except the chain uff) the actress, Demet is unfamiliar to me though I think is doing well ( I always want Tuba however going with this and so far not disappointed at all ! The story is intriguing, I find myself on the edge of my chair ready for next surprise ! I absolutely love hearing the Turkish dialogue as I've missed that and - I'm really looking forward to next shows- I think this story has a lot of avenues to move ford and I'm definitely intrigued!! I have not heard of another version of this story and I prefer to asses based on the actors I'm watching - the young boy is great 👍 I felt his pain being rejected out of fear best wishes to all in the stories ahead.
Finally last night I saw the first episode.
I personally think that Adim Farah is an excellent product, from every point of view.
Wise remake, built with grace and intelligence.
Convincing, often superlative acting, by each actor, starting with the protagonists Demet Özdemir (Farah) and Engin Akyürek (Tahir), without forgetting Firat Tanis (Mehmet).
Congratulations to whoever took care of the casting.
Direction, screenplay, scenography, music, editing are simply perfect.
The rhythm leaves no room for a single breath and you are not bored even for a moment.
When the episode ends, you want to start watching it again!
I hope it goes on keeping the same level!
