I like Martina Hill very much, Knallerfrauen was one of the best, bravest and most crazy comedies on German television for long stretches. Accordingly, I was really looking forward to the new series, but now I 'pulled the plug' after three episodes.

There are quite some very good sketches in between (e.g. "we say 'reading a book' instead of 'watching TV' because that goes down better when the teacher asks what the child does all day). But then unfortunately there is also a lot of very badly written stuff. Tired gags, endlessly extended, scene changes in the most unlikely places, etc.

The sketch with the Haribo commercial is great. Until they take off their pants in the second or third variation... that is how far you can strech a gag. But we keeeep coming back and see the same sketch a little differently.

Incidentally, this issue also affected the creepy "Binge - Reloaded", which also ran on Amazon.

The Paw Patrol sketches are the best example of this. Unfortunately, there isn't a good gag right from the start, but there is a lot of bad CGI.

Kurt Krömer, Annette Frier, Carolin Kebekus ... there are many talented people in front of the camera, above all Martina Hill herself. But unfortunately they hardly ever get their hands on good material, and that's what a sketch stands and falls with. Martina is always at her best in absurd everyday situations, especially with children. Whether it's the sign language for the Japanese customers in episode 3 or the children's birthday game in episode 2, there's definitely potential there. But there are just too many bad jokes. At the risk of repeating myself here: it's too repetitive.

The ideas aren't creative ("you're supposed to wear your clothes longer..." she says while carrying a bunch of pants through the park... because wearing and carrying are the same word (tragen) in German. Genius.) I really wanted to like it, but I probably won't watch more than three episodes.
