There are humanoid monstrous creatures that kill some people throughout the movie by biting into their necks and bodies with gory bloody detail. On one occasion a man's head (along with his rigid spinal cord) and his limbs are torn off with a ton of fast cuts and blood.

A man begins choking out a woman and is very close to killing her but she manages to put a machine gun against his head and fire. Part of the man's temple is blown from the inside, splattering blood and brain matter over the ground. Very realistic and brutal.

In the climax, several people get shot with minimal blood. There is also scenes of killings and woundings via biting and meat cleavers ad machetes.
