Andrea and the Governor are seen having sex. Nudity is only implied with the Governor being the only thing covering Andrea's naked body.

Another zombie is then stabbed in the head with a cleaver with large blood spurts and thick blood leaking out of its mouth.

A zombie is stabbed through the chin and in the brain and extremely graphic blood splatters everywhere. Explicit.

A man shoots a teenage boy with blood and brains spurting out briefly but this is very graphic and shocking.

A woman is shown covered in zombie guts a lot of times. This is gross and graphic.

All of the scenes where Michonne attacks the Governor's men in the woods are extremely graphic and violent

A man with a bloody broken nose terrorises a couple and kidnaps them in a terrifying and violent scene.
