Former "The Real Housewife of Orange County," housewife Alexis Bellino, and new beau come aboard Valor to celebrate her recent divorce. After the deck team deals with major issues, Lee comes to a decision about Rhylee's future, forcing Ashton to change his management style. Ashton decides to blow off steam inviting unexpected guests to join on a crew night out. Kate invites Tanner for a sleepover, while a fight sparks between Brian and Courtney after he sends her a questionable text about their relationship. Kevin throws out his back in the galley and Lee is concerned that they might be down a chef.

Tanner and Kate’s flirtations become more obvious to the crew which leads Simone to lose all respect for the two when she finds out they’ve already kissed.

Captain Lee calls an all staff meeting to address the previous night's debauchery and gives the crew an ultimatum. Brian refuses to apologize for his behavior at the night market and tells Courtney he is "fed up," causing their relationship to be in turmoil once again. Kate's patience is tested when the primary for Charter 9, Jemele Hill, a former Sports journalist for ESPN, wants the charter ran her way. Kevin and Kate butt heads during preparations for their final beach picnic, and when Kate to take matters into her own hands, she seeks out revenge on Kevin by any means necessary. Kevin takes great pride in making a penis cake for the primary's bachelorette party. Kate seizes an opportunity to strike revenge on an old foe.

Putting the final charter at risk, Kate sets Kevin up for failure by allowing him to present the primary's requested erotic cake knowing she already went to bed. Captain Lee arranges a Full Moon Party on a private beach for the crew's final night. While Courtney and Brian try to resolve their issues, Tanner makes his final attempt at wooing Kate. Kevin confronts Kate before the crew departs Valor for good.

In Part One, Andy sits down with Captain Lee and the Valor crew to discuss Season 7's burning issues. Simone questions Kate's management style, Chef Kevin comes clean and the crew spill the tea on a season's worth of steamy boat-mances.

In Part Two, Andy rejoins the Valor crew to go deep discussing Ashton and Kate's terrifying fight in the van, the dysfunctional crew dynamic and Rhylee's frustrations with the deckhands. Captain Lee is pushed to the limit, and the crew questions his reaction.

Captain Lee returns to the Caribbean aboard M/Y My Seanna with a brand-new crew and one familiar face, Eddie Lucas, but a critical injury sends Lee to the hospital and puts the fate of the charter season in question. Eddie's return to yachting is rocky as he deals with a new team and a green but lovable deckhand. Chief Stewardess Francesca sets high standards for her interior crew, but this rubs some the wrong way.

The sudden departure of one of his teammates leaves Shane struggling to adapt to the unforeseen responsibilities on deck. Coming off her clash with Francesca, Izzy begins to question if the interior satisfies her dream of being at sea.

Ready to let loose in the Caribbean, James instead finds himself disappointed on the first night out. Heads turn as My Seanna welcomes a new crew member, and Izzy makes a surprising decision, much to the chagrin of James. Francesca comes to grips with the ramifications of her emotional outburst. A charter group of thirsty 20-year-olds arrives, and Shane's mistakes push Eddie's patience to the edge.

Carrying the weight of the deck team begins to take a toll on Eddie. Feeling out of his element, James struggles to connect with his crewmates. Mistakes from a few people fracture the charter, and Captain Lee is forced to level with the crew after a series of dangerous mishaps. Ultimately, Shane's repeated follies push Eddie over the edge.

Shane tries to redeem himself after getting caught sleeping on the job. Meanwhile, Ashling excels in her duties on deck as Elizabeth suffers the scrutiny of Francesca.

After a caviar mishap, the primary's 50th birthday dinner teeters on the edge of disaster, and Rachel finds herself embroiled in interior drama. As Shane's career hangs on by a thread, Francesca's frustrations with Elizabeth build.

Following Captain Lee and Shane’s conversation, the deck team must deal with the fallout. Rachel struggles with her long-distance relationship while James and Elizabeth’s attraction to each other becomes obvious.

A new face joins My Seanna as the repercussions of Rachel's decision cause uncertainty for the charter. Elizabeth gets encouragement from her crew members, and Captain Lee steps in after Eddie is put into a precarious situation.

As the fallout from her impulsive decision lingers, Rachel attempts to regain Captain Lee’s trust, but her antics annoy Eddie. Meanwhile, a demotion within the interior department sparks controversy, and Francesca feels lonely.
