Money can buy you many things, but shelter from Jackson’s wrath is not one of them. According to Deadline, Samuel L. Jackson will join Tim Story for Man of War, an upcoming Western about protecting one’s stomping grounds from the clutches of a money-grubbing, gentrification-happy opportunist.
Tim Story directs Man of War from a script by Sheldon Turner. Per IGN, as part of the celebration for the upcoming free Warframe: 1999 expansion that’s set to arrive next month, developer Digital Extremes has made Dark Sector free to claim on Steam. The game was originally released for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360, and was subsequently released on Steam in 2009.
The game is set in the fictional Eastern Bloc country of Lasria, which has seen an epidemic of a mysterious infection called “Technocyte,” which has wreaked havoc among the populace with widespread mutation. Players take on the role of CIA agent Hayden Tenno (voiced by Michael Rosenbaum) on a mission to intercept a rogue agent named Robert Mezner,...

The Forresters are getting a whole new family member on The Bold and the Beautiful. Plus, Ivy Forrester returns to the canvas soon.

Perhaps, Electra will meet Bill (Don Diamont) and Katie’s (Heather Tom) son, Will (Crew Morrow). She could even help Rj (Joshua Hoffman) get over his sadness at Luna’s outrageous behavior. While they share the last name of Forrester, Rj’s dad,...

Brainstorm Media has picked up the action-thriller 72 Hours, directed by Christian Sesma and starring Sam Trammell and Twilight actor Cam Gigandet.
A Nov. 1 theatrical and on-demand release is planned for 72 Hours, which centers on two brothers — a dedicated FBI agent and a crypto international money launderer — putting aside their differences and joining forces to save their family.
But a dangerous mission deep into kingpin territory has them facing life-threatening challenges in a race against time. The ensemble cast includes Nicky Whelan and Jana Kramer (One Tree Hill).
“We are so thrilled to be working on 72 Hours with the Toric Films and Grandave teams. Christian is a director we’ve long been a fan of, and this movie has a lot to be excited about: kinetic action, an excellent cast, and a unique take on a classic premise that audiences will love,” Michelle Shwarzstein, Brainstorm Media CEO, said in a statement.

Famously launching the online dating platform Bumble after co-founding and departing Tinder, Herd became one of the youngest self-made billionaires at age 31, when Bumble went public in 2021. While she stepped down as CEO last year, the app continues to be hugely popular amongst the single crowd.
