  • A little real estate comedy that doesn't seem like much at first. There's always this outdated atmosphere in Podalydès' cinema. Yet the film remains very fresh due to its construction in a multitude of sketches, some very funny, corresponding to so many visits and played by a large quality cast.

But where the film takes on its full dimension is that the comedy is coupled with a light and subtle melancholy about the passing of time. A series of still shots on some distinctive elements of houses highlight their intimate importance. We're very far from a cynically satirical take on the subject, which is very nice.
