Due to this film's indie budget, not much of the gore is shown. If you've seen a good amount of 80's slashers (Slaughter High, Madman, Happy Birthday to me, Friday The 13th Part 2/Bay of Blood) the kills are an homage/reference to them.

This film does not have scary/disturbing themes though jump scares are throughout the film. Due to this film lacking a high budget, most of the gore is minimal though violent death scenes are shown.

The score is loud and hauntingly atmospheric.

Sketches of people getting impaled, stabbed and slaughtered are shown that are drawn with pencil.
