A twist-filled multi-verse thriller from Graham Hughes (Death of a Vlogger). Hostile Dimensions follows two documentary filmmakers who decide to investigate the disappearance of a graffiti artist who seemingly ‘vanished’. As they delve deeper into their research, they encounter an ominous freestanding door which leads them on a dark journey through the dimensions behind it. Determined to uncover the truth the pair soon realise they have stumbled across something far more terrifying than they could have ever imagined.

Micro-budget genre film Hostile Dimensions is Indie sci-fi cinema at its peak and should inspire so many aspiring filmmakers in the world who are looking to make a film but have budget constraints. Scottish Director Graham Hughes, who also made the fantastic found-footage horror “Death of a Vlogger” back in 2019, is experienced enough to pull off such things, and Hostile Dimensions is a profound example of that. It’s definitely the most ambitious thing Hughes has ever tried, and I guess we can all agree that he has succeeded. Hostile Dimensions’ ending is quite messy though, but it’s also unimaginably fascinating. We’re going to look into that and the whole thing here.

Scouring through an abandoned warehouse, graffiti artist Emily and her friend Brian stumble upon a strange white door that has no business being there. The door stands right in the middle of a room.

The film was been selected for the Frontières Buyers Showcase in Cannes.

UK sales and distribution outfit Blue Finch Films has boarded worldwide sales for Graham Hughes’ sci-fi horror Hostile Dimensions.

It follows two documentary filmmakers as they travel through alternate dimensions to uncover the truth about a graffiti artist who has vanished. Hughes’ title has been selected to be a part of the Frontières Buyers Showcase at this month’s Cannes.
