Only some non-humans have no clothes, such as Yoshi (a dinossaur) and Bowser (a turtle). Nothing that's actually innapropriate.

There are no sexual references in this game.

When Peach and Daisy are in their elephant forms, their undergarments can be seen.

All variants of the character Yoshi are completely nude except for their boots.

Just cartoonish, E-rated violence, like other Mario games. The way to defeat enemies is to jump on their heads or occasionally hit them with a power up such as fireballs and bubbles.

There are red and white mushrooms in the game, but they aren't hallucinogenics, they are power-ups that make Mario stronger.

Some levels can be really hard, specialy for younger children, however, the badges that you get along the game can help. The characters Yoshi and Nabbit also serve as "easy modes".

Bowser looks really menacing in this game, but not so scary.

Ghost levels can be creepy in a family-friendly way. The ghosts, known as "boos" look goofy.
