This movie was a popcorn movie for sure, but a BLAST !
This movie is sooo fun. My popcorn was done in 20 to 30 minutes into this movie. The movie has a very good main charachter which you want to root for. The jumpscares are very prevalent in this movie and are completley random. The first movie relied on build up for max effect of jumpscares, but this movie will have a normal conversation and then randomly a smiling face pops up, making this movie not as unseteling, but when you get to like the fifth jumpscare, you start to get that unsetling vibe. The movie is very and i mean VERY gory. The sound effects are great, and there ae scenes i genuently wanted to look away (especialy the stomach one). I have two negatives, this movie is too long, like there is a plot twist, where we have 20 to 40 more minutes to this movie just becouse of a plot twist. They swear like sailors in this movie, they constantly use ''s#!t, f$#k'' and other curse words. Like this movie is not for the faint of heart, an i don't advise for people, which have faced mental healt issues. Naomi Scott gives an oscar prefomance in this movie. You can feel how terrified Skye Ryley is in this movie all by the portrayal of Naomi. Overall this movie was a BLAST, and i defenetly advise to see this movie (not for some, like i said). The most funny thing in this movie is how always these movies, after an a jaw-dropping ending, have the most upbeat songs in the credits. The memes are true, Skye chuged that water every 5 minutes.
