A man finds a large cyst or tumor near his spine and blames it for all his personal problems; he holds a steak knife over a match flame, then reaches back and points the knife at the cyst as a close-up shows his face grimacing and the camera cuts to the man waking up on his bed in the morning (we see a large blood spot on the sheet and blood covering the back of his T-shirt).
