I saw both films on Prime Video, and first off, I'm really impressed that these films were made and put out by teenagers. An amazing accomplishment for kids just doing what they love!
Like the first one, this film had a great story. The message about forgiving yourself and always pushing through was a great tonal shift from the first. The acting, cinematography, and story were all amazingly done. It did a great job at making it feel like Part 1 but with a much bigger story at the same time. A nice way to continue Connor's arc without making it feel "samey."
My main critique though, is that the best characters were underutilized. Would love to see them back if there ever is another one.
