The presence of Sarina Valentina signifies the porn equivalent of "must-see TV" or in this case must-see TS, since Sarina is no transvestite. She remains perhaps the only trans-female in the business who can convincingly pass for cis.

The USA in the title is a key word, since the vast majority of TS porn utilizes the talent pool from Italy and especially Brazil. These homegrown femmes are attractive and some interracial action is mixed in, but it adds up to a mundane program once Sarina has finished her act, hardly competitive with the new Italian She Male product.
