Sharath and Swath, who fall in love but get separated due to some misunderstandings. They reunite a few years later at a friend's wedding

Googly is a Kannada romantic comedy directed by Pawan Wadeyar. The film won multiple nominations at the 3rd South Indian International Movie Awards. Sharath leads a carefree life, meets Swathi at one of the college events. Their friendship turns into a mutual attraction but hesitant to confess their feelings. Due to a small misunderstanding they part ways. Will they ever meet again?

Sharath"Yash" is university topper also a fun loving guy. One day in World Economic Summit, he was woken by a girl named Swathi"Kriti Kharbanda". No sooner they develop feelings toward each other. But when Sharath decides to reciprocates his feelings to her she meets with an accident. When he went to see her in hospital he sees her with Sandeep. This causes a rift between them finally leading to a break up. Sharath then decides to focus on his career and leaves abroad. 2 years later Sharath realises his mistake and decides to propose her. Would he be able to convince her forms the apex of the story.
