The indoor scenes were clearly shot in the United States. American power outlets and light switches are visible instead of European ones. Signs to leave rooms are standard American "Exit" signs instead of the green European ones that should say "Sortida." The aquarium scenes were shot at the Georgia Aquarium (the whale shark is a giveaway).
