- Danny and Baez are working on the murder of a detective she knows. They learn she was investigating the owner of an art gallery of selling counterfeits. So they go to speak to the owner but they can't find him. They later find him dead. They learn he was killed before the detective which eliminates him as a suspect. Frank learns Danny was suppose to get an award but it's been rescinded. Frank learns a woman whom he crossed paths with is responsible and she says Danny doesn't have a good reputation. Eddie responds to a call and finds her former partner Rachel Witten being held by one of her charges. When they help her, Eddie learns she's resorting to unusual means to help him.—Rcs0411@yahoo.com

Eddie and Badillo respond when a mentally ill client of Rachel Witten holds her in a choke-hold. Eddie finds out Rachel intentionally triggered him to get him the help he needs, feeling the system hasn't done enough for his family, but the man holds his sister over a high balcony threatening to drop her, so Rachel decides to quit having crossed a line. Frank is reacquainted with Grace Edwards, now a lawyer for a group bestowing the exclusive Irish award, when the group rescinds an offer to given it to Danny for his record. Henry tells Jamie and Erin he thinks the award is cursed since Joe accepted it just before his death. Danny is upset upon learning his family had discussed it behind his back, but when the group reconsiders and offers the award to him, he calls a family restaurant meeting to explain declining, as he feels that it should rightfully remain just Joe's.—KGF Vissers
