Ada calls on her new friend Toby to help her manage an unruly customer and computer system. In the meantime, the potential presence of an old friend of Toby's weighs on his mind.

Toby wakes up to notice the heating's broken - when his partner Ted doesn't stir, he tries to work out a solution to the cold himself.
