Kita2004 is a lab created assassin, made for the purpose of serving IAN, a private military contractor and weapons firm created by American-Russian scientist, Nina Doll, and passed down to her son Lincoln Doll upon her death. In the field, it's the assignment of Blew Project Slew 2004 to remove any historically calculated "variables" from the proverbial equation. Charly, Nilly, Amy, Kita, and Ava Phinny's lives will be forever changed now that Sam Phinny, a young mother running for Crimean Congress in the alternate universe of USARA, is crossed off of the list.
