In the final scene, when Ava is riding the escalator, a very large fake movie poster can be seen at the top of the escalator. The fake movie is "Wolf Girl" with the tagline "It's that time of the month". This is a further expression of this episode's wolf theme, this time depicting Ava as the predator.
