A shady landlord named Mr. Thomas and his maintenance worker, Michael, are central to the eerie events surrounding apartment B306, which Mr. Thomas owns. Every tenant who moves into the apartment experiences increasingly terrifying paranormal activity, leading to their untimely deaths. Ron, the next applicant, visits to meet Mr. Thomas and check if his application has been approved. However, Michael warns him to leave, sensing the danger. Despite the warning, Ron moves in, and strange events soon begin to unfold. Desperate, he seeks help from a therapist and even a witch doctor to understand and fight the supernatural forces at play. As the terror escalates, the film culminates in a tragic ending, with Ron taking his own life in the same way as the previous tenant.
