This movie contains several intense action sequences, in which there are numerous implied, mostly offscreen deaths and injuries. People fleeing for their lives are seen throughout the film.

There are lots of gunfights, superpower fights, and hand to hand combat throughout the movie.

A man assassinates two defenseless people after causing their car to hit a tree. He beats the driver in the face. The assassin then proceeds to the passenger side where a bloodied woman is shown. He begins choking her but the camera pans away before she dies. He then points the gun at the camera.

Spider-Man says "Holy shit!" when he sees Ant Man turning into a giant.

Uses of God's name in vain as GD, also the use of Jesus name as a curse word.

It was both frightening and intense from beginning to end.
