After being on the run for a year Rivvin finds himself evading and avoiding bandits and would-be bounty hunters. All the while trying to escape his past.
While out hunting Rivvin finds himself drawn to a girl screaming in the distance. Upon investigating he stumbles across a young girl held at knife point forcing him to intervene.
Rivvin and Alora arrive at her brother's inn, but when Ben sees his sister enter with an unknown stranger tensions rise between him and Ben. Alora see's his arrival as the answer they've been waiting for.
As Rivvin, Alora, and Ben brave the journey to the bandit camp a relentless bounty hunter named Kel is hot on Rivvin's trail. With single-minded determination Kel will stop at nothing to claim his bounty at any cost.
As the group journeys to the bandit camp, tensions rise as Ben is still untrusting of Rivvin. As Alora tries to keep the peace Ben pushes Rivvin to the edge forcing Rivvin to storm off leaving Ben and Alora to set up camp by themselves.
Ben makes a shocking discovery that threatens to split the group up permanently. Before they can confront Rivvin though, Alora and Ben are kidnapped by bandits under orders from Kel and brought back to the bandit camp.
After tracking Ben and Alora to the bandit camp Rivvin finds himself facing the bandits and Kel alone. Just when all seems lost, Alora's secret is revealed - As the dust settles a new foe rises from the ashes and an old friend returns.
