In this first leg of their 6-part journey, Wynne and Joanna set sail from Cardiff Bay, head to Penarth, where they join the local rowing club. Then it is on to Barry Island, where Joanna convinces Wynne to ride the log flume.
Wynne and Joanna meet some Elvis impersonators in Porthcawl, pass the industrial landscape of Port Talbot and play mini-golf on Aberavon Beach before reaching Swansea for some yoga on the beach. Wynne cooks a Welsh-inspired paella.
In the third leg of their trip, Wynne and Joanna sail from Swansea to the Gower Peninsula, dog-friendly Rhossili Beach and Carmarthen Bay - where they fish for mackerel before catching the unique amphibious ferry to Llansteffan.
Wynne and Joanna sail from Carmarthen Bay to Tenby in Pembrokeshire. Along the way they try paddleboarding in Saundersfoot, visit a spa at Laugharne, sell ice cream at Pendine before meeting a male voice choir at Tenby.
The penultimate leg of their boat trip takes Wynne and Joanna from Tenby to Dale and along the serene Cleddau Estuary to Lawrenny. They swim with puffins off Skomer Island, pass the busy port of Milford Haven and kayak across the estuary.
The pair conclude their voyage by sailing from Milford Haven to St David's. They join the RNLI for a training exercise, take a whistle-stop tour of Britain's smallest city, St David's, before finishing with a swim at Porthselau Beach.
