Natalie's perfect life with fiancé Karl crumbles after her brother causes an accident that kills Karl's sister. She disappears for 7 years. Karl finds her with a new family but won't give up on her.

Natalie had it all--engaged to football star Karl and carrying his child--until tragedy struck.
