Events in this category involve teens over the age of consent and/or young adults. In a short, gentle scene, a male and female lie down in bed and kiss. They wake in bed together; sex is implied. He is seen shirtless, she is seen in bra and panties.

A female briefly exposes her breasts (seen) and pubic area (not seen) to a webcam customer who is implied to be masturbating. Another girl is invited to join in.

Two females kiss once.

There's not much sexual talk. Two females discuss what guys like to do and whether each of them have had sex; it's not lengthy or explicit. Also, at a Goth party, an older guy in submissive attire offers to perform a sex act on another guy for the girls' entertainment.

Groups of females are seen in dance-party clothes: halter bras and short-shorts. One party-goer's breasts are partly exposed, with black tape "X"s mostly covering the areolas. At a beach, a woman, a teen, and a child wear modest bathing attire; the child is fleetingly seen without a shirt.

A horrific traffic accident is viewed from some distance away, such that the victims in a vehicle are not seen, but are implied to be seriously injured or killed.

A nose is pierced for jewelry, shown from the other side and we only see the wearer wince. Later we see a little blood around the piercing.

As English subtitled on VUDU, it's not pervasive: a couple dozen instances of "f*ck" used casually, as in What the f*ck, f*cking hell/balls/business, f*ck off; it's used sexually once. There are just a couple uses of milder language such as hell, damn it, jack shit.

Teens/young adults smoke and drink socially, and do so to excess at a couple of parties. A character vomits once briefly as a result of overindulgence. The main character accepts and takes a pill at one party; she and another woman are shown high later and sleep/pass out on a bus-stop bench.

A woman approaches a cantankerous horse against the advice of its trainers.

A traffic accident is startling, loud, and intense.

There are several sad scenes related to the sisters' loss of a family member, and to the relationship between the sisters.

On a couple of occasions, viewers might worry about who will care for the younger girl.
