- Christopher Lloyd: Hey there hover heads. It's your old pal Christopher Lloyd here, recently a video hit the Internet that I am sad to say I was a part of, What can I say? Those rascals over at Funny or Die, tricked you and me both into thinking, hoverboards were real. We were hoodwinked, flimflammed, hob squabbled, shanghaied, bamboozled, hover duped, swiveled and scammed! Now, you may be saying Chris what do you mean you were tricked? You were there, surely you saw the wires and cranes and effects people. But then I say I was blinded by my own belief, my brain must have erased the wires from me. Let's just leave it at that, They tricked me. Anyway here's what I did to make things better. I marched over to Funny or Die and made them give me the hoverboard that I and all the other folks signed on that day of the shoot.

- Christopher Lloyd: This belongs to the people. Not some dusty old storage unit. So apparently if you still have a Facebook account, you should go, leave a comment on this video and one of you will get it. And at the very least one person will be very happy, after so many of you have been saddened. You know I was tricked into being in this fake hoverboard video. Part of me is happy about my involvement. Because if we inspire one person to get into the hover sciences, I consider that a victory. Here's to hoverboards being actuality real one day!
