Lots of CGI violence. However, compared to a lot of other movies like this one (Sharknado for example), bloodletting is fairly mild.
"Roboshark" eats a man in a restaurant. The man is filming, and we only see the shark jumping at the screen. No blood.
"Roboshark" grabs a man and drags him with him. You see the man's legs and a part of torso in his mouth. You hear him screaming before he gets completely eaten. No bloodletting and fairly comedic.
The bloodiest scene would be where "Roboshark" eats 4 soldiers. You see this from two angles: The first-person-view from Roboshark and from above. You see the sight of Roboshark moving towards the soldiers as they scream. From above you see some blood after he eats them.
"Roboshark" attacks a small plane. The plane flips and dissapears underwater.

No alcohol and no drugs are mentioned or consumed. There is no smoking although a character briefly attempts to light a cigarette before it is smacked out of their mouth.

Although there is a lot of action, this movie is mostly comedic and the CGI is pretty bad. Little to no blood and not very frightening. The movie doesn't take itself seriously at all.
The appearance of "Roboshark" might be frightening to young children.
