  • I have read an internet article about Kerstin Thorvall. In the article she is described as a talented, demanding, humorous and self-absorbed workaholic. I didn´t know Thorvall. And I´m not very familiar with her works. Therefore, I can´t say how much fiction there is in this TV series.

But I must say that "The Most Forbidden"/"Forbidden Fruit" is bold, quite entertaining, adventurous and dramatic. This TV series was named after one of Thorvalls most famous books. I can, most definitely, see quite many scenes in this TV series with forbidden romance, desire, pain and sorrow. Those feelings kind of flows through the story. And I also think that the cast and crew did a good job.

Did I miss anything in this TV series? Hm, I´m not sure. Maybe more of the family life? Some questions were also left unanswered in this TV series. I think that I should read some books by Thorvall. I could get some answers then. Who knows? But all in all I can recommend watching this TV series, especially if you are a rebel.
