It's the day of Bhaskar's court case and he's feeling the pressure. The tension increases for the family when Arjun's condition deteriorates and Meera struggles to deal with the enormity of the situation. Amir is nervous about his court appearance and Salmah is on hand to reassure him. Over at the Tongs, Diana still can't get over Jay's lack of interest in social media.

As Arjun battles for his life in the hospital, everything comes to a standstill for Meera as she waits to see if Arjun will make it through the night. Emotions run high as Chris tells Diana that Arjun still loves her. Meanwhile, Shruti thinks she found out the truth about Tanya.

It's great news for the Bhaskars when Arjun pulls through and is on the road to recovery. Attention once again is turned to Tanya's real identity when Eddie questions Tanya about her past. Is she really the child that Li Yan gave away 30 years ago?

Diana and Jay's relationship is strained after Chris blurted out that Arjun still loves Diana in front of Jay at the hospital. Will Jay confront their problem or will he continue to let it fester? Sulaiman and Norleena decide to go on a 'new year healthy eating' plan after Norleena thinks she is getting fat. A stunned Bhaskar finds out Tanya is his daughter. But he reacts in a way that no one anticipated the kind doctor would.

Diana has had enough of Jay's insecurities. Is this the beginning of the end of their relationship? Norleena and Salmah fuss over what to cook after they invited Khairul for dinner, leaving Sulaiman to wonder what is the big deal. Eddie, meanwhile, grapples over Tanya being his half-sister and the ripple effect it has on the family tree.

Khairul comes for dinner. Salmah and Norleena fawn and fuss over their handsome guest. Atiqah continues to be pushed to limit as she juggles her work, her children and her sick husband. And Sulaiman is stunned when he finds out what the solution to her problem is. At this gym, Izzy is excited to get cracking on the app to impress Wafiq.

Ben offers to help babysit Grace when Vanessa is out looking for jobs. Seeing her struggle makes Ben happy that he will be able to successfully fight her for Grace's' custody. Tired of hearing Norleena and Salmah gushing about Khairul, Sulaiman chats with Hassan about it and they bond further. Khairul, clearly interested in Izzy, tries to pursue her but Izzy only has eyes for Wafiq.

In his pursuit of getting full custody of Grace, Ben is disappointed to find out that it is not as straight forward as he thinks it is. Norleena helps Vanessa with some baby issues and convinces her to come for the mother-toddler meeting at TCH. However things quickly get ugly at the meeting. Yasmine visits Wafiq at the gym and relays her discomfort in having Izzy tutor Kalila, while a gym user gets injured due to Chris's negligence.

Ben kick starts his plans to discredit Vanessa in his quest to gain full custody of Grace. Suzanne, meantime, is not too happy with Chris for not telling her that Adam docked his pay as a punishment. Khairul starts to pursue Izzy. Izzy is not interested in him but they find out they actually have something in common.

Kwong San and Bee Li run into Peter Tay at Okinawa. The paranoid Bee Li thinks that Peter Tay is planning a trip here just to see Xue Ling but Kwong San dismisses her worries. Meanwhile, Felicia gets into trouble with a potential client Mr Higa, who happens to be Jared's uncle.

Gina thinks that Peter Tay's presence in Okinawa has something to do with more than just wanting to discuss the beachfront property deal. Bee Li urges Felicia to get Jared to fix another meeting with his uncle Mr Higa after what happened at dinner the night before. And more trouble for Felicia when she gets into an argument with Suzanne over their conflicting ways of doing things.

More misunderstandings between Felicia and Suzanne when Suzanne couldn't get in touch with Felicia to set up the booth at the conference. Gina's frustration grows when Peter Tay shows scant interest in the beachfront property deal. Meanwhile, Kwong San is still kicking himself over his slip-of-a-tongue to Peter Tay. He thinks he unwittingly encouraged Peter Tay by telling him that Xue Ling and Adam are having marital problems.

After checking the photos on their phones, Felicia and Jared are convinced that they might have been mistaken for scammers. At the booth, Suzanne and Vivian fall out after Vivian confronts Suzanne about the pregnancy. Meanwhile, in an attempt to cheer him up, Gina drags Peter Tay on a sightseeing trip with her. As Peter Tay warms up to her, Gina discovers that he is not what he seems to be.

Peter changes his mind about the resort deal and decides to go ahead with the negotiation. However, Tony Loke proves to be a tough nut to crack. Meantime, Bee Li discovers Vivian had lied to Tony Loke about being the boss of Xue Organics. Love blossoms between Felicia and Jared as they go on a fun-filled trip to the beach. However, Felicia is gutted when Jared reveals that he would need to stay in Japan for a while. Can the lovers survive a long distance relationship?

Suzanne tells Chris that she is pregnant. Initially over the moon, Chris gets upset when he finds out that Vivian knew days ago. Tanya thinks that Bhaskar is avoiding her and approaches Li Yan to talk to him on her behalf, which incurs the wrath of Meera. Meantime, Gina offers to help Vanessa find a job.

Suzanne and Chris try to pick up the pieces and reconcile from their fight. Ben learns that Vanessa is about to be kicked out of her flat. All the Lims are on their toes as Bee Li gets ready for Chinese New Year while Adam struggles with the awkward question of Xue Ling being away.

Chinese New Year's Eve is a day away and everyone in the Lim household is excited that Xue Ling will be back in time for the reunion dinner. Jay is detailed to cook the dinner and he ropes in a reluctant Kwong San to help him in the kitchen. Sulaiman is surprised to learn that Ben may be hatching a plan to get full custody of Grace while Norleena worries as Vanessa's struggles as a single mum continue.

The Lim household is not in a good way as their reunion dinner will take place without Xue Ling. Melissa misses her Mum and makes matters worse by throwing a tantrum. Disappointment hits the launch of the TGH playroom when the Bhaskars learn Arjun is too ill to attend it. Meanwhile, Li Yan is nervous as Tanya makes her first official appearance as a member of the Tong family at their reunion dinner.

The Chinese New Year spirit is missing at the Lims with Xue Ling working overseas and Adam at his gym. On the other hand, this year's Chinese New Year is extra special for Tanya and Joy as they spend it with the Tongs. Friendship blossoms between Lathika and Murugan after they make up, having quarreled the day before. At the gym, Adam reveals to Wafiq that Xue Ling and him are separated after Wafiq questions Adam's moodiness.

A flurry of activities at the Bhaskars as they prepare for the night's dinner with Tanya and Joy. However, Li Yan feels slighted after being left out of the dinner invite. Meanwhile, Adam and Wafiq debate over how to convince Salmah after deciding to enter Amir for the MMA Competition. Over at the Rahmans, Sulaiman is in panic mode while preparing for his test tomorrow.

The stress of studying and taking care of Hassan is getting to Sulaiman. Atiqah sits him down and tells him that it is time that they send Hassan to a nursing home. Norleena continues to encourage Wafiq to put all qualms aside and pursue Izzy now that Khairul is perceived to be a 'threat'. Meera, upset with the Bhaskar-Tanya situation, confides in Vivian and finds an unlikely ally in her.

When Sulaiman brings up the decision to send Hassan to a nursing home, it is met with objection from Salmah, who believes that it is the family's responsibility to care for a sick family member. On the other hand, Hassan decides to move to the nursing home to not be a burden to Atiqah and Sulaiman. Seeing that Felicia is still hung up on Jared, Suzanne and Gina decide to go on a girls' night out where they will party and get to meet hot guys, something that doesn't sit very well with Chris.

It's the day of Hassan's funeral and everyone rallies around Atiqah to give her support. Vivian is disappointed when she has to hear from Felicia that Suzanne is going for her ultrasound scan. Meanwhile, Adam makes a deal with the fight promotor Mr Ali to take part in the MMA Championship.

Kwong San and Bee Li are worried to learn that Adam is going to fight in the MMA Championship. But there's a bigger surprise in store for them. Chris goes for a job interview and is stunned when he finds out who the interviewer is. Melissa, meantime, struggles with her studies in the absence of Xue Ling.

While the Bhaskars get the house ready for Arjun's return from the hospital, the issue of how to tell him about Tanya looms. Meanwhile Suzanne's morning sickness kicks in while Chris gets a job offer but finds himself in a dilemma. Over at the Lims, Bee Li and Kwong San are dismayed to learn of Xue Ling's and Adam's decision to separate. Just when Adam thinks the worse is over, Xue Ling drops another bombshell on him.

Shruti bumps into Pam in the campus and is surprised to see her hanging out with a mystery man. Tension rises between Bhaskar and Meera over the issue of Tanya. When Arjun finally returns home, he questions the family's secretive behaviour. Xue Ling and Adam bring their kids out for an outing. Everything seems to be going well until Xue Ling and Adam break the news of their separation to them.

Kwong San and Bee Li are disappointed when Xue Ling decides to move out of their condo and to a hotel after her separation from Adam. Tanya thinks that Meera is not happy with her around so she decides to invite Meera for lunch in hope that they will get to know each other better. The fragile relationship between Shruti and Shawn continues to be tested when Shruti decides she doesn't want to go to a party with Shawn.

It's Valentine's Day. Chris has plans for Suzanne but things didn't turn out the way he wanted. Atiqah is still coping with the loss of Hassan, and things come to a head when Faisal and Fatimah become uncooperative. Meanwhile, Shruti and Shawn decide to give their relationship one more chance. But will they last?

Shruti tries to work things out with Shawn. However when he continues to humiliate her, she decides that enough is enough. At the Lims, Bee Li and Kwong San are not happy about Xue Ling coming in and out of their home, treating it like a hotel and want her to move back. Still grieving over Hassan, Atiqah brings the kids to TCH and is glad to have an understanding and helpful friend in Zul.

At Chris's insistence, Suzanne tries to make amends with Vivian after being rude to her. Shruti is at an all-time low after Shawn accused her of plagiarism and is in the process of being investigated by the university. Mark and Michael are tasked to help CPT Goh with the army recruitment drive. Mark is excited as he knows doing a good job will enable to get his promotion faster and get that extra bit of money. However, Michael isn't interested as he is more worried about his parents' separation and how it is affecting Melissa and himself.

The miscarriage affects Chris and Suzanne in different ways. Suzanne refuses to accept it as Chris struggles to support her through the loss. Jared returns to Singapore, and Felicia tries not to fall for him again. Norleena feels that Ben is being too critical of Vanessa. She is sure Vanessa has changed and is trying her best to be a good mum.

Life is not the same without Xue Ling. Adam misses her and finds ways to stay connected. Vanessa continues to be clueless about Ben's attempt to gain custody of Grace. It is harder to keep it under wraps as both Tanya and Norleena are tempted to tell Vanessa. Meantime, Jared tries to get Felicia to like him.

Ben's attempts to derail Vanessa's new plans for Grace turn ugly when Sulaiman and Norleena get dragged into it. Peter Tay tricks Adam into thinking he's been sleeping with Xue Ling. Wafiq gives Chris advice that helps him and Suzanne get over the miscarriage, while Shruti has to re-examine her friendship with Pam.

Melissa gets upset when she sees Adam hanging out with Sandra. Shruti wants to be friends with Pam again but the latter keeps avoiding her. Gina is upset with Vanessa for being too dependent on Ben all the time, until she hears differently from Norleena. And sensing Xue Ling is vulnerable after the split with Adam, Peter Tay makes a move for her.

Adam and Xue Ling sign the separation papers and in the aftermath, they react in very different ways. At TCH, Felicia gets jealous when Jared flirts with a female colleague. Meantime, Gina, Sulaiman and Norleena intervene to get Ben to lay off Vanessa.

Peter Tay, upset that Xue Ling has refused his advances, finds a willing listener in Gina. Vivian gives advice to Felicia on how to handle Jared but it only leaves her even more confused. Shruti is pleased that she and Pam are buddies again, not knowing that Pam is still not being entirely honest with her.

Wafiq, already jealous when he sees Izzy hanging out with Khairul, get even more upset when the gym app that Izzy uploaded to his phone crashed. Shruti's finally cleared of plagiarism and she has plans to celebrate at Pam's new place. Meantime, the on-off relationship between Felicia and Jared continues.

Pam confesses to Shruti that Wayne and her are together. Shruti, not knowing Wayne's background, gives Pam her blessings. It is recess week at the university and Norleena drags Sulaiman to the gym for some much needed exercise. Ben brings up the subject of adopting Grace but Vanessa is not comfortable with the idea.

After discovering that Pam is going out with Wayne, Shruti shares her reservations about him to Pam. But Pam brushes it off. Over at the Tongs, Ben is going full speed ahead with the adoption process. Meanwhile, competition heats up between Wafiq and Khairul over Izzy. After seeing how Chris is being put down time and time again, Suzanne tells him to take up Life Feed's offer.

Chris is conflicted about accepting the Life Feed offer and hesitant about telling the Tongs about it. However Suzanne reminds him that he needs that job. When Sheila gloats to Jay about her one-upmanship and drops the bombshell, everyone is shocked and disappointed to learn that Chris is working for her. Vanessa stands her ground on not going ahead with Ben's adoption of Grace. Suspecting that Tanya was the one behind Vanessa's change of mind, Ben confronts Tanya.

Ben continues to manipulate Vanessa by making her feel that she is incapable and useless without him. But Tanya is able to see through his ploy. Meanwhile, Diana's dislike for Tanya grows and she is not happy to see Li Yan supporting Tanya all the time. Mark is irritated with CPT Goh treating Michael a lot better than him and even insinuates that there is something going on between them.

Li Yan tries to talk to Diana, who is still angry with Chris for taking the job at Life Feed. But Diana is upset that Li Yan is on Chris's side once again and refuses to listen to what she has to say. Mark thinks that he will be at the losing end at work if CPT Goh and Michael are together. But Eddie is determined that Mark not spread any rumours about them. Kalila notices that Wafiq looks a little down when he sees Izzy and Khairul together at TCH. She tries to cheer him up.

Ben continues to resort to unscrupulous means in his quest to get full custody of Grace. Michael is excused from extra cleaning duty by CPT Goh, and rumours start spreading around the camp about CPT Goh and him. The school holidays are coming and Atiqah remembers how Hassan used to look forward to spending time with Faisal and Fatimah.

Tanya is determined to get to the truth. When she confronts Ben about the phone call from Vanessa, Li Yan is caught between them. After the cold treatment from CPT Goh, Michael suspects that Mark lodged the complaint about the preferential treatment and confronts him. Zul and Sulaiman have a misunderstanding with Atiqah, while Khairul continues to pursue Izzy.

Over at the Bhaskars, Meera, Arjun and Lathika are busy packing for their Chiang Mai trip while Shruti is trying to persuade Pam to come along. Faisal bonds with Zul when Zul helps him to rehearse for the role of the Big Bad Wolf in his school play.

Eddie is trying to get even with Mark but is caught out by CPT Goh, who gives him a piece of advice on dealing with people like Mark. Norleena is trying to come to terms with leaving Rayyan behind as Sulaiman and her go on a holiday to Chiang Mai. And while in Chiang Mai, Shruti and Pam meets a couple of backpackers and they bond almost immediately.

Bhaskar and Meera look forward to their family holiday in Chiang Mai but Shruti and Pam make plans to hang out with their new friends Betye and Anj. Meanwhile, Norleena spends more time worrying how Rayyan is doing back home than enjoying Chiang Mai with Sulaiman and Salmah. And a slip up from Salmah reopens an old wound of Meera's about Bhaskar's past with Li Yan.

Back home after the holiday, Norleena is worried that Sulaiman is serious about his plans to adopt a child. Pam thinks it's over between her and Wayne and reluctantly decides to move out of his apartment. Zul helps Faisal rehearse for a play and Salmah is concerned about his developing closeness with the recently widowed Atiqah.
