Tanukichi is blackmailed into helping the struggling artist, Otome Saotome, get closer to her muse. Meanwhile, Ayame goes on a date with Anna?!

A ceremony is held to celebrate Otome Saotome's award-winning painting. However, things go south quickly as Otome rips her certificate up in front of everybody because she states that she is artistically in an unfit state to accept it. After the ceremony, Anna is noticeably acting quite strange, which Tanukichi points out. Ayame tells him that it's best if he didn't know. Later, at Tokioka Academy, Tanukichi blames himself for Anna's strange behavior when Hyouka appears in between his legs yet again, asking him if he knows anything about a rumor that Blue Snow will put protein in the male students' urine samples. Suddenly, Otome put a collar on Tanukichi's neck and dragged him all the way to the art room, where she threatened to reveal his relationship with SOX if he didn't help her get out of her artistic slump. Unfortunately for them, Ayame opened the door and saw Tanukichi in a collar with Otome. Ayame called Otome a pervert and ran off for help. After Ayame left, Otome revealed that she is in love with someone, but Ayame is her romantic rival, which surprised Tanukichi. Otome immediately snapped at him for his reaction and nearly kicked him in the face before Gouriki showed up and carried Otome away.

Later, at the Felersio Café, Ayame teased Tanukichi for being a pervert. She also revealed that she had been spying on her, and hoping to bring her into SOX so that she could draw dirty pictures. After Ayame questioned Tanukichi's true feelings for Anna, she gives a speech about why sex isn't inherently a dirty thing. After they left the café, Ayame reveals that Anna has a stalker, which explains her strange behavior. Tanukichi wanted to help Anna in any way, but Ayame reassured him and said that if he focused on Otome, she could focus on stopping the stalker. After Tanukichi says that he assumed Ayame wasn't really friends with Anna, she revealed that Anna is the only reason she could fit into normal society.

The next day, Otome and Tanukichi meet up at the Felersio Café. Tanukichi asks who her crush is, but Otome doesn't want to reveal it at first because she is too embarrassed. Tanukichi reveals that he, too, has a crush on someone, and so Otome decides that they both say the names of their crushes at the same time. However, as Otome revealed that her crush was Anna, Tanukichi got an e-mail from Ayame and got distracted. Otome became so embarrassed that she threatened to call the Decency Squad if he didn't say the name of his crush, and Tanukichi decided that since Otome is in love with Anna, he had to say the name of another person. In a last-second decision, Tanukichi yelled out "Ayame Kajou". Otome thought that this was perfect, since they could join forces, build a wedge between their two crushes, and live happily ever after.

The Student Council held another meeting the following day, where Anna dropped a water bottle and flinched. Gouriki accused Tanukichi of being her stalker and held him up by his tie until Anna told them to stop. Anna knew that Tanukichi wasn't that type of person and she said that the stalkers would be found soon enough. After the meeting, Ayame recognized that Gouriki has a crush on Anna, which is why his instincts to protect her kicked in when her stalker began sending her creepy images. She also said that since Peace Makers were mandated, everyone forgot how to love. Tanukichi mentioned that it could also be what Otome has been dealing with, but immediately said nothing else. Suddenly, Ayame started rolling on the floor and cussing because she assumed that Otome is Anna's stalker. Tanukichi explained that he knew Otome wasn't the stalker because of his instincts. Just then, Ayame made up a plan to trap the stalkers, which was to dress up as Anna's boyfriend and go on a "date" with her at the park so that the stalkers get jealous and attack her, Gouriki said that he wanted to be Anna's date, but Ayame told him that he would appear too strong and scare off the stalkers. Later, Otome had a plan of her own to save Anna from the stalkers and become her girlfriend. She shaved Tanukichi's legs so that he could dress up as a girl, and the stalkers wouldn't notice them.

Several days later, Ayame and Anna began their fake date as Tanukichi and Otome secretly spied. Otome began to grow more and more jealous of Ayame, to the point where she started hyperventilating and frantically drawing a picture of Anna in a fit of jealousy and sadness. She revealed that the only way she could express her feelings for Anna is by drawing pictures of her. Even after making hundreds of drawings about Anna, she still felt something was missing. She thought that she could find out if she and Anna became lovers, but because of her social inabilities, it seems hopeless. As Otome cried, Gouriki walked up and noticed another girl sitting next to Otome. Gouriki fell in love for a brief moment until he realized that it was Tanukichi disguised as a girl. As he dragged Tanukichi, the first stalker began to attack Ayame, who immediately fought him off. Otome attempts to fight the other stalkers, but they threw her at Gouriki. Tanukichi then punched one of the stalkers, and as Ayame kicked the other stalker, Tanukichi lost control and landed right on Anna, which led to them accidentally kissing each other. Tanukichi immediately apologized to Anna, but suddenly started bleeding and fell unconscious. As everyone was focusing on saving Tanukichi, Anna began to feel a weird and unique sensation.
