I watched this on Tubi for the first time. And I thought it wasn't bad really. You have a young man who finds himself with a chip on his shoulder and he meets a girl who is trying to make the most despite her shortcomings. So they both play a part in this movie, no pun intended. Nothing really bad except one use of God's name in vain. You really didn't need that but overall it's pretty okay. I think so. You can make what you will from it. And maybe watch it again down the road or not depending. And again you could've had a good film without using that one slur. Otherwise it's interesting such.

sixpacx23 August 2020Very surprised that this film has not had more media coverage. This is a refreshing change to the tired martial arts genre. We actually have a touching storyline that moves away from the over the top macho rubbish that seems to be in every other film. Whether you like martial arts or not, please give this a try. It is not a action film, it actually has a very compelling story.

Has just enough drama to make it interesting and it's not overbearing with the inspiration so you won't feel like someone put this on to try and teach you a lesson.

Highly recommend it for families. Its truly amazing. I wish there were more such as these as I tire & refuse to spend my money to hear a bunch of sailor cursing & actiny as strippers desensitizing us. Insulting our intelligence. I yearn for movies & music to be made with true integrity of before. A movie I wouldn't be uncomfortable sharing with the kids. A movie that forces the actor to hone their craft. Not just to slide by for a quick paycheck! A movie with a message to learn, to aspire, to motivate the viewer. A movie where you walk away with that good feeling inside, ya know. This is all that & a big bag of chips!!
