Week 1 sees a new team member, an understudy, shed loads of arguments and performances to remember at the competition - but will the first episode in this season end with winning performances!?

Week 1 wasn't a good start for the team at competition, so the heat is on - and Jen is grabbing the bull by the horns by bringing in her reserve team. There's also a new teacher and dance school on the block - Debbie Barrass and 'Team DB'. It's clear they're going to be serious competition to the Jennifer Ellison Dance Team this season. Tensions are running high but who will come out on top?

The JEDT are competing in Liverpool this week so there's a lot to prove on home turf - plus Debbie Barrass and Team DB are competing too. Charlotte and Sam are back and it's commercial week - Sam's favourite style - but it's not all plain sailing as Jen brings in choreographer Craig Wharmby who adds his daughter to the group number. It's the Jennifer Ellison Dance Team vs Team DB at the competition. Who will come out on top?

Have Jen and the team bitten off more than they can chew this week with six solos and a group dance to put together in three days? The rivalry between the JEDT and Team DB reaches fever pitch as Debbie brings in a secret weapon. And in a week where little Aleah surprises everyone, who will come out on top at the competition, JEDT or Team DB?

This week begins with a shocking piece of news about last week's competition that ends with Danielle being banned from this week's competition. Singer Nadia Forde picks one of the girls to feature in her latest pop video and Jen reveals a big prize on offer for the best dancer this season. At competition this week, there's just one dance; one shot for first place and with a dancer borrowed from Team DB, can they do it?

Jealousy is rearing its ugly head again - or is it!? Depends who you listen to. To rebuild the team Serena organises a dance session for the mums. Team DB is back at this week's competition and they're not holding back. Who will be walking away with all the silverware? Let's just say Jen and the team are shocked by the results!

Still reeling from last week's results, Jen decides to get a second opinion and calls in an independent judge to see how they think her girls should have placed. Tayluer is missing from the team this week so Jen brings in reinforcements - new girl Shevaun and Chloe Senior from Season 1 - and her mum Carol. Danielle throws a party in the gallery but how long will the party spirit last? At the competition how will the solos and group dance place this week?
