Tim Mälzer faces Michelin star chef Christian Lohse. Tim Mälzer travels to Dijon, France, where Lohse spent his apprenticeship years. Here he has to replicate a duck cake and Filet de sandre. For the second challenge Tim travels to Italy to prepare Agnolotti and Faraona al limone. Christian Lohses first stop takes him to a brewery in Düsseldorf, Germany. Here he gets to taste japanese top class specialities by Yoshizumi Nagaya, owner of the only japanese restaurant in Germany awarded with a Michelin star. His second destination takes him to the London district of Southall where he has to prepare Brilliant Restaurants Tandoori Mixed Grill. Only when they meet again in Mälzers restaurant they find out who scored the most points.
