In an opening scene a man and a woman are having sex on a chair in an office with lots of thrusting. Both are mostly clothed and no nudity is shown. They are interrupted and want to stop but his penis is stuck in her. Paramedics remove then from the office on a gurney in front of coworkers with him laying on top of her both covered in a blanket. The blanket gets removed and we see the man's rear end naked as he lays on top of her.

A woman gets a computer screen to turn on but it opens up to a large photo of a set of female bare buttocks in the seating position.

The movie features a group of middle aged women who bond and find empowerment dancing together as a group. Some of the dance moves are sexy but in good taste and intended to be tongue in cheek and fun.
