After an epidemic wipes out most of the worlds population, America is left massacred and very few people are surviving. Ethan is a teenage boy living in this post-apocalyptic United States, and has learned how to survive on his own.
One morning Ethan is woken up by a loud noise coming from the back porch. When Ethan goes to investigate, he finds a mysterious letter left by nearby survivors.
Two days after receiving a threatening letter from nearby survivors, Deacon and Don. Ethan experiences a brief flashback of his now deceased brother. This inspires Ethan to get motivated and prepare for Deacon and Don's arrival.
