A group of characters get into a car accident. We see glass flying everywhere, the destroyed car and a teenager's dead body with mild blood visible running down his cheek. The film flashes back to this scene a couple times. We see the other teenagers with bloody cuts on their faces.

We see a boy getting teased at school, when his journal gets stolen and tossed around by the bullies. It's thankfully broken off by his friend.

We see a girl run out of a store and vomit.

We see a woman with facial sores from repeated substance abuse.

A car crash occurs early in the film. One character dies.
