Themes of death are featured heavily throughout., Also, Tony is shown contemplating different means to end his life, and the content may be upsetting for some viewers.

A man gives another man money knowing he will use the cash for drugs to commit suicide. The man does indeed commit suicide - we see him inject heroin into his arm. The man who gave the cash for suicide presents no real moral or ethical responsibility, shame, or guilt for what he's done.
