In he coffee shop at the beginning of the game a statue outside can be seen fully nude peeing, Throughout the game there are pictures of the main protagonist fully naked standing in front of a fruit bowl to censor him. The character War can be seen wearing some partial clothes.

A few scenes depict violence but is mostly done in a slapstick way. While a few scenes contain straight out serious violence a few scenes include the main character getting hit in the face with a bottle giving him a concussion and a bloody nose, the main character getting run over or shot.

Very mild uses of alcohol and smoking. Death offers War a cigarette to which she responds by saying "You know I'm trying to quit" Before asking to have one. We don't see her smoke it but we see smoke clouds coming from it. Samuel Senior holds a cigar but once again we never actually see him smoke it on screen.

The game is mostly light hearted however some scenes can be serious. The scene in which an orphanage blows up may be disturbing for some. When death is picking up a skeleton girl, she signals the player to stop so then she can shoot someone outside. There are cries and screams but they don't show it at that moment. But there is a moment they do see some people having no limbs, but it is cartoonish but it may be frightening for some audiences. Also, at hell there are some people have missing limbs, they show some blood, but not too much. Just keep that in mind.
