Madani remembers her past with Billy (AKA the Jigsaw) whilst taking a shower. She is only seen from her shoulders upwards. During this there are some brief shots of thrusting with some partial nudity seen from the side however no actual nudity is shown.

There is also an undetailed scene of sadomasachistic sex, in which Jigsaw and his therapist have sex. During this he thrusts into her as she bites his shoulder before he digs his fingers into a scar on her leg, both are seen deriving sexual pleasure from this. However the scene is brief and contains no nudity.

During an interrogation a man is stabbed in the hand and strangled in order to obtain information on the wherabouts of a wanted criminal. The scene is quite intense and following the stabbing a small amount of blood is seen around the wound. The knife is later removed but without strong detail.

There is also a showdown later on in the episode during which a man is shot in the head and another man is shot in the chest twice both resulting in blood spurts.

The episode also feature's some undetailed punches.

There are some undetailed references to drugs

In one scene, a character whom is established as a drug user is seen leaving a building during the middle of the night. In a later scene another man is seen holding up a package of white pills he obtained from his pocket suggesting that he left the building to do drugs.
