The whole plot is about the drug trade. People use drugs and sell drugs. Some characters drink a lot of alcohol and are drunk. Many characters smoke.

People get tortured, beaten and shot. A man is tortured with a flat iron. A dead body is sawn into pieces. A girl is raped, although no details are shown.
