El Camino

Continuity
Following Breaking Bad (2008), actor Jesse Plemons put on weight for his roles in Black Mass (2015) and season 2 of Fargo (2014); hence his weight as Todd in "El Camino" greatly differs from his weight during the final season of "Breaking Bad".

Continuity

Following Breaking Bad (2008), actor Jesse Plemons put on weight for his roles in Black Mass (2015) and season 2 of Fargo (2014); hence his weight as Todd in "El Camino" greatly differs from his weight during the final season of "Breaking Bad".
Jesse's beard in "El Camino" is much bushier than it was in the "Breaking Bad" finale.
In Jesse's flashback of Jane, there is an unexplained jump cut from the couple riding in the Toyota Tercel to them standing next to it on the side of the road. The scene had footage of the car breaking down and Jesse calling roadside assistance, but it didn't make the final edit. In a narrative sense the jump cut itself works in the flashback because of the non-linear way in which people remember things.
When Ed delivers Jesse to Alaska the Sun is almost directly behind and to the right of the vehicles. The vehicles' shadows are in front and to the left of them. A few minutes later, the Sun is directly to the right of the vehicles.

Factual errors

The license plate on the SUV that Jesse drives in Alaska is not a valid license plate. All AK plates start with three letters followed by 3 numbers, but Jesse's plate has three numbers followed by three letters.
When Jesse is looking for Todd's money, he picks up a BIC lighter, after a few moments when he is holding the lighter next to a wall he enhances the flame of the lighter. It's well known that the standard type BIC lighters are manufactured without a flame enhancer dial.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

The 1911 pistol that Jesse picks up during the gun fight at the welding shop can only hold 8 rounds (7 + 1 in the chamber) or 9 rounds (8 + 1 in the chamber) depending on the magazine. Jesse shoots it at least 12-14 times without reloading it. BUT he had a 2nd handgun in his left pocket. He used that to kill Neil, he fires that weapon 6 times without removing it from his pocket. He then fires 8 rounds from the .22 in his belt to pin down the other guy while he goes to get Neil's gun, which he then uses to kill the other guy.
When Jesse goes with Todd to Todd's apartment, it's apparent before breaking into the room Jesse is with the clothes and shaven beard from the present. Once inside his beard and hair and his captivity clothes magically reappear. This is because we are looking at a smooth cross fade between the current Jesse going to look for the money and the time he first visited the apartment learning that Todd had a stash of money no one would know about.

Crew or equipment visible

When Todd is driving and singing along to 'Share The Night Together' - at the time where he turns his head towards and gestures to the overtaking large truck, Jesse Plemons' earpiece that was used to play back his sound/music cues is visible in (his right) ear.

It is almost missable as it is beige coloured, but you can see it if you look closely.

Character error

At around 40 minutes, to extinguish the flame of his disposable lighter, Jesse blows out the flame with his breath. To extinguish the flame on a disposable lighter, one simply releases their thumb from the trigger.
