Anything you could call nudity is partial. There's monsters in small loincloths and stuff like that.

Honestly don't think this game should have gotten the rating it got. There's pretty large blood splashes when you slash at enemies, corpses dangling and stuff like that, bosses impaled with spears, but it's all kind of cartoony and it's not horrible.
