"El Noticiero Televen" is the news space of the Televen channel. It has only one broadcast per day, the meridian, and informative previews. Its motto is "Our duty is to inform, giving an opinion is your right."

In 1988, with the birth of Televen, it emerged under the name of "Telediario". However, only advances of it were transmitted. Soon after, when it began broadcasting, it was decided to adopt the name "El Noticiero", which is still in force.

It has previews, and an informative summary in the morning, afternoon, night and early morning. It is considered one of the most balanced newscasts.

The newscast has sections on opinion, sports, technology (Tecnotips, led by Luis Atay since its inception) and entertainment, the latter known by the name "Lo Actual", which is the most recognized section of the newscast. In the case of interviews, they are carried out in the morning broadcast.
