Like most anime, there is a pool episode where in episode 7, the main quartet of girls go to the pool during summer break. Aside from Bocchi and Sotoka, Aru wears a two piece bikini whereas Nako wears a top and skirt. Her navel is also exposed.
In one episode, In a panic attempt to start a conversation, Bocchi yells "I'm incredible at night". This can be taken in the dirty context, but she's just referring to the fact that at night she gets more confident.
In another episode, Nako says that Aru is probably the type of girl who forgets to put on underwear in a rush. Aru blushes and gets embarassed.

Nako karate chops Aru in episode 3 to get her attention.
A continuous running gag is Aru headbutting Nako whenever she called her "unfortunate."

In episode 6, Nako contemplates on doing whatever Aru does when she gets a bad grade on her math test. She then uses "damn it" upon realizing the idiocy of it.

The series is about a girl with social anxiety who tries to make friends. Very wholesome and nothing disturbing at all.
