I enjoy Brokenwood, mostly, but why anyone would consider dementia a laughing matter certainly beats me. It is one subject that should be avoided as comedic fodder.
Only for those with flexible minds that are able to navigate the twists and turns of a plotline like this. It held my interest throughout and proved that "low budget" doesn't necessarily equate to "waste of time".
Interesting enough but you would have thought the high-tech vision could have been maintained throughout. I can't imagine what purpose the RA-17 Radio Receiver (which, admitted, was high-tech in 1955) could be serving in this supposedly futuristic film.
